The Weedball is used for targeted weed control. The concentrated herbicide is applied only to the plants that come into contact with the wick. The concentrated liquid is applied only to the plants that come into contact with the ball. Thanks to its spherical design and flat side, the device can be guided particularly easily and precisely, even along walls, curbs, or in hard-to-reach areas. Weedball is used in gardens, along buildings, and at path and bed edges.
Operating Principle
The ball consists of a robust foam mixture that, when gently squeezed, pushes the liquid to the outer surface of the ball. The applicator has a container that is filled with the desired herbicide solution. Through the adjustable flow system, the liquid reaches the roller and is transferred to the ball when lightly pressed. By rolling the ball over the weed plants, only a small amount of the substance is applied directly to the target plant, while surrounding plants remain unharmed. After application, there should be no rain for several hours. The effect is usually visible after 10–14 days.
