The hand held weed wiper +has been especially developed for the selective application of herbicides. The weed wiper + has significant advantages over conventional methods of application such as knapsack sprayers for spot applications or treating sensitive areas. The concentrated herbicide within the weed wiper +is applied only to those plants that the rope wick comes into contact with. By moving the weed wiper + over the leaves of a weed, a small dose of herbicide is transferred to the target weed with the surrounding plants uncontaminated. The weed wiper + is ideal for treatment of weeds in row crops, vegetable gardens, between grape vines, around trees, or any other place where conventional treatment would be too dangerous or difficult. Operating principleThe weed wiper + is recommended for use with systemic herbicides and is particularly suitable for use with herbicides having glyphosate as the active ingredient. A single wipe of the concentrated herbicide is enough to kill most weeds. The weed wiper gives excellent results when used on individual weeds or clumps of weeds. First signs of effect will generally be seen 1-2 weeks after treatment. Complete control may take up to 6 weeks.Systemic herbicides are taken up through the leaves and green stems, entering the sap stream to be trans-located to the roots, thereby killing annual as well as perennial weeds. It is therefore essential that the sap is moving freely in the plant, and, for this to take place, the plants must be actively growing. For best results, the weed should be treated on both sides using a sweeping backwards and forwards motion.Weeds to be treated must therefore be green, dry, healthy and actively growing. The effectiveness of treatment will be reduced if the plant is under stress from drought, water logging, disease or old age.Grasses should be treated when they have full emergence of leaves. At least 6 hours free of rain must follow treatment to ensure that the herbicide is taken up by the plant.Very well established weeds in large clumps or dense weed mixtures may need more than one treatment. Re-treatment is usually best made 2-3 month after the first application. If previously hidden untreated weeds are seen to be thriving, immediate treatment is advisable. In order to help identify treated plants, it is useful to add a dye e.g. coloured food dye.Adjustment of the flow rate of the weed wiper + depends on the conditions. For example, for treatment of large areas with large dense weeds it is often necessary to increase the flow rate. This is done by loosening the two caps where the rope wick enters the weed wiper + and loosening the filler cap. For areas with less of a weed problem, the flow can be restricted by tightening the two caps.During treatment, the flow may be reduced if a vacuum is formed in the handle with the filler cap tight. If the weed wiper + is shaken or turned upside down for a few seconds, this will allow sufficient air to enter the weed wiper + to restore the flow. Alternatively, the filler cap can be loosened when the weed wiper + is in the working position to eliminate a vacuum in the handle.SafetyThe operator must wear suitable protective clothing, such as rubber boots, overalls and protective gloves when using the weed wiper +.Do not walk across freshly treated areas, as herbicide may be transferred by footwear or clothing.
The Weed Stick + is the perfect tool when it comes to treating weeds selectively. The sponge of the weed stick is moistened by a valve as soon as you press it on the plant. This prevents the Weed stick Plus from dripping and makes it very easy to use. For targeted control of individual weeds on paths, in beds and in the lawn. Built-in valve opens when sponge is compressed (does not drip) Integral filling funnel with screw cap and anti-vacuum valve Filling volume: approx. 300 ml (1 part herbicide to 2 parts water) Sponge with bayonet quick coupling (very easy to change) Scope of delivery: stick incl. wall bracket and instruction manual
The Greentec Micro Plus Combi 5 litre is a CDA hand-held sprayer for targeted weed control. The device has a tank size of 5 litres. The tank is a back tank and enables the weed treatment of larger areas. The Greentec Micro Plus Combi is used on agricultural land, row crops, Christmas trees and much more.Functional principle A small, battery-operated high-performance motor sets a special rotating body in rapid motion. The spray liquid (pure herbicide or herbicide/water mixture) is applied to this rotating body in metered quantities. The centrifugal force catapults the liquid outwards onto the weed plants. The droplet size and direction of projection can be precisely controlled via the speed and nature of the rotating body and the spray screen. The Greentec Micro Plus Combi consists of a tank unit and the spray lance. A spray head attachment is also required for spraying.
The Microfit Powerpack Pro System is a lightweight hand held Controlled Droplet Application (CDA) sprayer with interchangeable lances, designed to apply herbicides in controlled droplet sizes of between 200 and 300 microns. This droplet size will give an even distribution of the product and avoid wastage of chemical from droplet bounce. There is also less likelihood of drift damage due to the negligible amounts of smaller drift prone droplets produced by this method of application. The standard unit consists of a Powerpack Pro handle and a Herbaflex spray lance which allows application of narrow bands of herbicide in the range of between 10 cm (4") and 45 cm (18"). An electronic disc braking system gives immediate shut off of spray liquid and allows the sprayer to be used for spot treatments when fitted with the Herbaflex lance. Other spray lances available as optional extras include the Herbi which gives a fixed swath of around 1.2m (4 ft) and the Herbi Twin which gives up to 2.4m (8 ft). The Powerpack Pro System can be used either with pre-packed ready to use herbicide formulations which reduce operator contamination to a minimum, or with chemicals mixed on site thus giving the system versatility in the products which can be applied. Five and ten litre backpacks for on-site mixing are available as optional extras. The Powerpack Pro system is ergonomically designed to be extremely well balanced and allows the operator to control liquid flow and electrical power with one hand.

The 600 lance is one of the attachable lances for the Microfit system. The 600 lance is supplied as standard with a spray head that sprays a width of up to 600 mm and is perfectly protected against wind by its shielding. The 600 lance is mainly used in Christmas tree plantations and areas with strong winds.
The Herbaflex lance is one of the attachable lances for the Microfit system. The Herbaflex lance is supplied as standard with a spray head that sprays a width of up to 750 mm. The Herbaflex lance has an automatic recycling system. This system is required because the Herbaflex spray head has an adjustable spraying range. The spray agent that is sprayed against the inner spray area limit is thus made reusable. We also recommend shielding the spray head so that it can also be used in strong winds.
The Powerpack Pro is part of the Microfit series and is a handle. Various spray heads and lances can be attached to the handle: Herbaflex lance For use in very targeted applications with a limited spraying range of 10-75cm. (Image shows Herbaflex lance with shielding) Herbi600 Lance For work where total shielding is required. Spray head width of 60cm which are fully sprayed. Herbi lance For the treatment of large areas without shielding. Spray width of approx. 1.2m in diameter. The special feature of the Powerpack Pro compared to the normal Powerpack is that the Powerpack Pro enables an immediate stop when spraying, allowing very precise work. As soon as the switch is no longer actuated, the motor is stopped immediately and no more spray agent is applied. The Powerpack handle is operated with 4x 1.5Mono batteries. (not included in the scope of delivery) You also need a rear tank (5 litres / 10 litres).

The Duo+ is powered by four R6 batteries (AA size). All models in the Herbi Duo range offer two spray band widths of 1.0 m and 0.4 m. These are achieved simply by changing the atomiser disc from large to small. With the 1.0 m spray band, droplet sizes are in the range of 200–300 µm VMD (Volume Median Diameter). A larger droplet size of 650–750 µm VMD is achieved when using the narrower 0.4 m spray band. The spray shield protects adjacent vegetation from spray contact when operating with the narrow spray band. IMPORTANT: The spray head on this unit cannot be replaced!
Herbiflex-4 is a versatile and highly economical spinning disc sprayer for the Controlled Droplet Application (CDA) of herbicides. It can apply specific CDA formulations or traditional water-based products at total spray volumes of only 10-30 litres/hectare. The consistently large spray droplets of around 200 microns minimise the risk of spray drift and fall in a precise, adjustable spray pattern. Herbaflex-4 is available in a choice of spray heads. The A90 head produces an adjustable 10-50cm band width whereas the B120 head is capable is spraying between 15 and 75cm. An optional spray shield is available with the A90 model for spraying sensitive crops. Herbiflex-4 is used worldwide for band spraying of narrow strips of weeds.
