In the Lower Rhine region, the high goose population is increasingly causing damage to green areas. The animals pollute the lawns with their droppings and destroy the vegetation. To protect the green areas and maintain ecological balance, a Purivox Triplex V was deployed. These measures have successfully reduced the goose population, but require regular adjustments to remain effective in the long term.

Purivox RC Triplex V with analogue time switch

The Purivox RC Triplex V is a compact gas cannon for mobile bird and
wild animal control. The Purivox RC Triplex V is used for fruit growing,
viticulture, vegetable growing, arable farming, fish farming and on
waste disposal sites. Various setting options offer an individual
adaptation to the respective bird control or situation. With the help of
the electronic unit, the number of shots, irregular pause times as well
as the volume can be adjusted in two steps. In addition, the volume can
be additionally regulated by adjusting the length of the firing tube.
The Purivox RC Triplex V is equipped with a radio receiver (433MHz)
which allows manual activation and shooting only when there are really
birds nearby. The antenna is screwed onto a plate on the side of the
electronic unit.
Operating principle
With
the Purivox RC Triplex V, shots can be fired manually when birds are
nearby. To do this, the device is directly activated by a simple push of
a button using the radio hand transmitter (triggering within a few
seconds). The
reliable 3-times shot enables the best possible bird control. The first
shot will startle the birds and cause them to fly up. The second shot
is fired shortly after the birds fly up and prevents them from settling
down again. With the following third shot, the animals are finally
chased away.

By using the battery clips, you can connect a
standard 12V car battery to the Purivox Triplex V. By doing so you do
not need to use the two block batteries installed internally.
